Verification
Every user goes through our verification process. No exceptions.
Only active college email addresses from accredited institutions are accepted.
We send a verification code to your .edu inbox. Enter it to prove you own the address.
Add your name, class year, and optional bio. Your verified student status is visible to everyone.
Payments
All payments go through Stripe — the same payment processor used by Amazon, Google, and thousands of other trusted companies. Your financial data never touches our servers.
No cash exchanges. Every transaction is digital and traceable. This protects both riders and drivers.
Payments are held until ride completion. When you book, your money is held securely in escrow. It's only released to the driver after the ride is marked complete. If the ride is canceled, you get a refund.
PCI-compliant. Stripe handles all card processing and is certified to the highest PCI compliance level. Your card details are encrypted and secured.
Community
Rate every ride. After each trip, both riders and drivers rate each other. This creates a transparent track record visible on every profile.
Low ratings trigger review. Users who consistently receive poor ratings are flagged and reviewed by our team. We take community trust seriously.
Written reviews. Beyond star ratings, users can leave detailed reviews. Read what other students say before booking.
Moderation
One-tap reporting. See something concerning? Report it instantly from any ride listing or user profile. You can also report during or after a ride.
24-hour review. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours. Reports are handled confidentially.
Zero tolerance. Harassment, scams, unsafe driving, or any violation of our community guidelines results in immediate account suspension. We don't take chances with safety.
Safety Tips
Confirm the driver's name, vehicle, and student ID match their FULLRIDE profile.
Let a friend or family member know your route, driver name, and expected arrival time.
Always arrange pickup at a well-lit, public location — campus parking lots are ideal.
Check that the person matches their profile. Ask for their name when they approach.
If something feels off before or during a ride, you can cancel at any time.
Use the in-app report button for any issues. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
Every FULLRIDE user agrees to our community standards — be respectful, be honest, and look out for each other. Violations result in account action.
